De-Genesis Court
Two semi-detached 4-bedroom duplexes, fully smart — completed in Greenhill Estate, Oko-oba GRA Scheme 1. Unit A runs a 3.5 kVA inverter system; Unit B a 5.5 kVA. Both homes are off the grid, secured by intelligence and managed from one app.
The brief
Two families, one compound, one standard: never lose power, never feel unsafe, never manage your home manually. De-Genesis Court was commissioned as a pair of semi-detached smart duplexes — each independent, each complete, each built to the same uncompromising brief.
The design
A semi-detached pair of 4-bedroom duplexes — mirror-image in structure, tuned individually to each household's needs. Tropical-modern architecture: clean geometry, considered materiality and interiors planned for cross-ventilation before any system switches on.
Power system
Unit A is powered by a 3.5 kVA inverter system — sized for the home's load profile and running clean through any grid outage. Unit B steps up to a 5.5 kVA system to carry a larger household load. Both are fully integrated: inverter, batteries and solar working as a single intelligent spine.
The smart layer
Every room in both units is wired for intelligence: smart lighting, automated climate, AI perimeter security, smart access control and whole-home automation — all on one app. The compound shares a connected security perimeter; each home keeps its own autonomous control.
The result
De-Genesis Court stands complete in Greenhill Estate — two smart homes, two power systems, one standard of living. Residents manage everything from their phones and haven't thought about the grid since handover.
“Two fully smart semi-detached duplexes — completed, handed over, and living off the grid in Greenhill Estate.”
